Palmal Group has donated to MASTUL’s Rehabilitation and Empowerment Project In Sylhet

MASTUL Foundation has taken the initiative to empower 2,000 people and rebuild 1,000 flood-destroyed houses in the Sylhet region through a post-disaster management project called ‘Emergency Flood Damage Rehabilitation and Livelihoods for Flood Victims’ in Sylhet Region. Palmal Group of Industries Ltd., a well-known promising RMG manufacturing business company in Bangladesh, has come forward and donated to MASTUL’s Rehabilitation and Empowerment Project for the indigenous people.

The project officially started on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, when MASTUL Operation Team has begun to provide materials to build homes for 50 flood-affected families. It was officially launched at the Upazila office in South Sunamganj. MASTUL also plans to raise awareness of the importance of disaster management, restoration of damaged social resources, and attention to flood response. Therefore, Sylhet can prevent such turmoil and will not be a victim of flooding in the future…
