SADAQA JARIYA Project : MASTUL Shelter Home Complex

MASTUL Foundation is launching an ambitious initiative to build a 10-floor Shelter Home Complex dedicated to providing shelter, education, and a dignified life to orphans, needy children, and elderly individuals. This project is driven by the vision of creating a nurturing environment where the young and old can coexist, support one another, and become valuable assets to society.

Mission:

To offer a secure, nurturing, and resourceful shelter for underprivileged children and homeless elderly individuals, ensuring they receive education, skill development, healthcare, and a dignified life.

Vision:

To build a sustainable, holistic community where orphans and elderly individuals can thrive together, gaining education, skills, and emotional support, while fostering a culture of empathy and growth.

Building Description:

The Shelter Home Complex will be a 10-floor multipurpose facility, serving various needs of its residents. 

Location : Rayer Bazar Beribadh, Baroikhali, Hazaribagh, West Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

• 1st Floor- Auditorium 

 A modern and spacious hall designed to host events, seminars, community gatherings, and educational programs. This space will serve as a hub for learning and engagement, where residents, donors, and volunteers can come together to share knowledge, celebrate achievements, and raise awareness about social issues. The auditorium will also be used for cultural events, training sessions, and inspirational talks, creating an environment of growth and enrichment.

• 2nd Floor- Mosque 

 A beautifully designed place of worship to accommodate daily prayers, Jummah prayers, and religious discussions. This floor will serve as a spiritual hub where residents can strengthen their faith, find peace, and build a sense of community. Regular Islamic lectures and Quranic classes will also be conducted here.

• 3rd & 4th Floors- MASTUL School 

 A dedicated educational space that will provide quality schooling for orphaned and underprivileged children. The curriculum will include modern education alongside ethical and moral teachings to create well-rounded individuals.

• Skill Development Center: This center will focus on equipping students with practical skills such as computer literacy, handicrafts, vocational training, and entrepreneurship programs. These skills will help students become self-sufficient and prepare them for future career opportunities.
• Library: A well-stocked library will be available for students, providing access to textbooks, reference materials, and digital learning resources. This space will encourage self-learning, research, and academic enhancement, fostering a habit of reading and continuous education.

• 5th & 6th Floors- MASTUL Madrasa 

 Focused on Islamic education, these floors will be dedicated to providing structured religious teachings. With highly qualified instructors, students will learn Quranic studies, Hadith, Fiqh, and Islamic history, ensuring a strong foundation in religious knowledge. The madrasa will be designed to offer a peaceful environment conducive to deep learning and spiritual growth.

• 7th & 8th Floors- MASTUL Orphanage 

These floors will serve as a safe and loving home for orphaned children, ensuring they receive proper care, nutrition, and emotional support. The orphanage will be designed to create a family-like atmosphere where children feel loved and valued. Special programs will be conducted to build their confidence, creativity, and personal development, helping them integrate into society as responsible and successful individuals.

• 9th & 10th Floors- MASTUL Old Home 

These floors will provide a peaceful and dignified living space for elderly individuals who have no family or support system. The environment will be warm, friendly, and respectful, allowing senior residents to spend their final years in comfort and companionship.

Medical Treatment Center: A dedicated medical facility on the 9th floor will provide 24/7 healthcare, regular check-ups, and emergency medical assistance to both elderly residents and orphaned children. This center will ensure that all residents receive proper medical attention, improving their quality of life and well-being.

What We Need to Complete the Project:

The total cost of constructing the MASTUL Shelter Home Complex is 10 crore BDT. To ensure wider participation, we have divided this amount into 1,000 contribution shares, allowing 1,000 individuals to own one share each.

• Cost per Share: 1 lakh BDT
• One Name, One Share Policy: Donors can take multiple shares in the name of their family members.

Else you can Come forward by giving – 

• 1 Square Feet area : 5000 BDT
• 8 Square Feet area (equivalent to one person’s prayer area) – 40000 BDT
• 12 Square Feet area (equivalent to one person’s prayer area) – 80000 BDT
• 20 Rooms – 20 lakh BDT

• Lifetime donor membership and a certificate of the Shelter Home.
• Their name will be engraved in stone on the building for life.

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:
